The ArctiCO2 AG LT cooling units are designed for low-temperature refrigeration applications, offering outstanding performance and energy efficiency with the use of natural refrigerant CO2 (R744). These units are equipped with advanced features to ensure reliability and compliance with F-Gas regulations.
Standard equipment includes a semi-hermetic two-stage reciprocating compressor for enhanced serviceability, a gas cooler/intercooler with EC fan for optimal cooling, and a liquefied refrigerant tank for safe refrigerant storage. Additional components such as the HPV and RPRV valves, safety valve (up to 80 bar), and a filter drier with sight glass further enhance the system’s performance and safety.
To ensure smooth and reliable operation, the unit is equipped with an HP compressor protective pressure switch, an oil separator with heater, and anti-vibration technologies to reduce noise and prolong system life.
