ArctiCell rooms for storing seeds and planting material
Hrvatske šume opened a new modern production plant for the production of forest tree seedlings. The plant is located in Drnje, and it produces seedlings from seeds of autochthonous genetically tested varieties of oak, beech and other types of forest trees.
The plant can produce up to three million seedlings, which is sufficient for the Croatian market. Two MB Frigo 240 m3 cold rooms with devices for maintaining humidity are used for storing seeds and planting material.
