MAXON – 5 year warranty
From April 14, 2022, all Maxon air conditioners come with a 5-year (3+2) factory warranty!
MB Frigo Group has provided an additional benefit for the MAXON air conditioners of the home series – 5 year warranty on the entire device. This benefit is valid for all Maxon air conditioners from the 11i series purchased from 14 April 2022 onwards.
Conditions for exercising the right to warranty:
the installation of the air conditioner was carried out by a company or a craft proprietor and/or the commissioning of the air conditioner was carried out by: installers/servicemen authorized for Maxon air conditioners.
the Maxon air conditioners were registered via the website www.trebamklumi.hr – registration of the extended warranty.
the buyer of Maxon air conditioners is obligated to perform a regular service of the air conditioner every year at an authorized repairer who, after the service, certifies the warranty card.
Note:
The customers are obligated to keep the warranty card and invoice for the entire warranty period, because they exercise their rights through these documents.
