The MB Frigo Grupa engineering team designed and built a cooling system for the production of pastry products.
The cooling system consists of a total of three multi-compressor units with semi-hermetic Bitzer compressors. One unit is a booster for cooling plus and minus chambers, and two units are intended for cooling shockers for quick freezing of cakes and other pastry products.
The total cooling effect of the booster unit is kw in MT mode and kW in LT mode. The cooling system of the minus cooling mode is equipped with a system for defrosting the evaporator with warm glycol.
